Welcome!

Hello, Dkimmel, and welcome to the ISFDB Wiki! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.

Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

I hope you enjoy editing here! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will insert your name and the date. If you need help, check out the community portal, or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Hauck 13:36, 11 July 2017 (EDT)

Your recent submissions

Hello, I had to reject your two recent submissions. It's not possible to enter in the db a isolated ESSAY. The whole book that contains it should be entered (and properly credited like this one that is part of the same publication series). This done, you'll be able to enter the contents the book, including your work (note that it would be nice to enter all the contents and not only your essays). Thanks for contributing. Wishing Weird

Hello, I've rejected your submission for this anthology as it's nearly unsalvageable as submitted and riddled with errors (for example, I'm not convinced that the book is only 12 pages long). Please take some time to see how such book are entered (see for example this one thta includes one of your texts). Note also that our policy is to include ALL the contents of a book and not only "selected" texts.Hauck 13:54, 11 July 2017 (EDT)

After the Happily Ever After

Hello, I've approved your submission but had to make changes to conform to our standards:

  • split editors in two.
  • uploaded scan.

The result is here. Note that you're kindly invited to enter all the contents (and not only your own text) and that, on toc your text is given as Witch v Hansel, Gretel, et. al. and not Witch v. Hansel, Gretel, et. al. (note period after the "v"). Hauck 14:17, 11 July 2017 (EDT)

I've also tweaked your other submission to obtain this. Hauck 14:21, 11 July 2017 (EDT)

Please add my latest book

https://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/title.cgi?2227652; Should title be "Purgatorio"? Also, that story is the only one with a page number; you probably have a copy to fill in the rest, right? EDIT: 1 of your books, Shh!: It's a Secret, is on Open Library in a no-preview edition so I added a link which should be approved soon; minor fix to page count because while the novel ends on 190 there are 2 more numbered pages so I changed it to 192. --Username (talk) 17:10, 13 June 2023 (EDT)
