Bibliography to check against. BLongley 15:46, 15 Apr 2007 (CDT)

I did some research on him on Friday. I'd like to warn that many online sources (from which ISFDB had drawn) mis-spell or generally mis-name both versions of Tin Woodman; however there are others including authors' own words like [1] to counter it. It also isn't quite certain whether the publication of the original short story version in Amazing Science Fiction December 1976 was as by Dave Bischoff (as shown currently), or David (and possibly even David F.). The few mentions online seem to favour the latter, but there's no really reliable bibliography. --JVjr 10:48, 16 Apr 2007 (CDT)
I have added a bunch of editions to this title and will verify the first edition ca. April 30. I will also check the issue of Amazing that the original story appeared in. Ahasuerus 11:27, 16 Apr 2007 (CDT)
I have now verified the UK Book Club edition which was published as by "David F." Reginald3 lists the first US hardcover edition as by "David F." as well and OCLC suggests that all other editions were also published as "David F.". I have changed all Publications to reflect this version, although I wonder if a later paperback reprint may not have been published without the "F", which contributed to our confusion. I have also verified the December 1976 Amazing and the fact that the name "Dave Bischoff" (which is how he typically signed his name at the time) was used. Ahasuerus 01:34, 28 Apr 2007 (CDT)
