Hello. I have [http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/view_submission.cgi?5363637 your submission] on hold as I'm wondering where you got the information from? Do note that it is good practice (required) to add the source of the data you enter/alter in the Pub Note field - additional comments can go in the Note to Moderator field to clarify to the approver of your edit why you added/changed the data. Also, if you happen to own the book, do not hesitate to primary verify it (see [http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/edit/verify.cgi?309003 Verify This Pub] in the left-hand menu). PV-ing a publication signifies that the data you've entered is as stated on or in the book you own. Again, welcome! Regards, [[User:MagicUnk|MagicUnk]] 08:00, 1 August 2022 (EDT)

: (moved) Hello, about the changes on the page of "The Man from Far Cloud": It happens that I acquired the book recently and when I saw that the information on the book's page on ISDB was incomplete I tried to change it, but as it is my first modification I ended up not putting the source. It's still a little confusing here for me, but I hope I get used to it. Regards, [[User:ArgonRex|ArgonRex]] 17:28, 7 August 2022

Welcome!

Hello, ArgonRex, and welcome to the ISFDB Wiki! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.

Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

I hope you enjoy editing here! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will insert your name and the date. If you need help, check out the community portal, or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! MagicUnk 08:30, 1 August 2022 (EDT)
