Hi, I'm a long-time SF reader and collector (2500+ items). Part of my collection consists of Dutch translations.
You can find some of my cover scans at Flickr.com. Feel free to copy them (resized to 600 dots) for cover art on isfdb.org. Everyone else does.

I'm currently spending most of my time here adding cover artists to publications. Much remains to be done in this area.
I've got a few dozen sf art books to aid me, starting with:
- Patrick Woodroffe - Mythopoeikon
- Peter Jones - Solar Wind
See also SF art book tag.

Working list of external sites:
- Colin Hay
- Tony Roberts

Some artists to add:
Ring Around the Sun, WDL 1960 - Edgar Hodges - acc to signature (same art style is visible on quite a few covers of WDL / Consul / Five Star (UK)).
Bypass to Otherness, Consul 1963 - Pino dell' Orco - acc to signature
The Hour of the Phoenix, Consul 1964 - Josh Kirby - acc to Kirby checklist.

Angels and Spaceships, Four Square 1962 - Josh Kirby - acc to Kirby checklist.
Creeps By Night, Four Square 1966 - Michael Leonard - acc to vague signature 'Leonard'. Also used on Ace ...
Tarzan of the Apes, Four Square 1967 - Josh Kirby - acc to ha.com and Kirby checklist. More than a few other Tarzans are on that checklist
Untouched by Human Hands - Josh Kirby - acc to Kirby checklist.

Battle for the Stars, Mayflower 1963 - Pino dell'Orco - acc to signature.

Guardians of Time, Pan 1972 - Ian Miller - acc to comicartfans and tikit.net.
Galactic Pot-Healer, Pan 1972 - Ian Miller - same art as on 1977 ed.
S Is For Space, Pan 1972 - Ian Miller - not enough proof.
A Maze of Death, Pan 1973 - Ian Miller - acc to comicartfans
Zardoz, Pan 1974 - Ron Lesser - acc to many movie poster sites
Nightmare Reader Vol 1, Pan 1976 - Alan Lee - acc to Stephen Jones, WFC 2013
17th Pan Book of Horror, Pan 1976 - Alan Lee - acc to Jones, WFC 2013
The Door Into Summer, Pan 1977 - Gino d'Achille - acc to ginodachille.com, see Untitled 01. (Not yet PV'd).
Other Days, Other Eyes, Pan 1978 - Stuart Hughes (artist) - acc to Welshgriffin, see Flickr.
Suaine and the Crow God, NEL 1975 - Ian Miller - acc to comicartfans.

The Green Girl (Avon 1950) - Ray Johnson - acc to some internet sites, source of attribution unknown.
An Earthman on Venus (Avon 1950) - Ray Johnson - acc to some internet sites, source of attribution unknown.
The Princess of the Atom (Avon 1950) - Ray Johnson - acc to some internet sites, source of attribution unknown.

The Secret Visitors, Ace 1957 - Ed Valigursky - acc to style and munchkinpress.com.
The Space Willies, Ace 1960 - (Arthur?) Renshaw - acc to signature on this copy at Flickr.
Sanctuary in the Sky, Ace 1960 - Basil Gogos - acc to munchkinpress.com.
Rebels of the Red Planet, Ace 1961 - Ed Emshwiller - acc to munchkinpress.com.
Outside the Universe, Ace 1964 - Ed Valigursky - acc to comicartfans.com.
Crashing Suns, Ace 1965 - Ed Valigursky - acc to munchkinpress.com.
Moon of Three Rings, Ace 1970 and 1974 - John Schoenherr - acc to Andre Norton site. It would be nice to find a copy of John Schoenherr SF Checklist...
Secret of the Lost Race, Ace 1971 and 1974 - Josh Kirby - acc to Kirby checklist.
A Trace of Dreams, Ace 1972 - Davis Meltzer - based on style and the signature 'DM', even though Meltzer usually signed with 'Meltzer' or 'Davis Meltzer'.
The Galaxy Primes, Ace 1976 - R. deAnda - acc to signature, compare to Noah II.
The Ganymede Takeover, Ace 1976 - Vincent Di Fate - ha.com shows the original, signed 'Di Fate'.
Collision Course, Ace 1977 - Don Ivan Punchatz - acc to ha.com.
Seven from the Stars, Ace 1962 - Ed Emshwiller - There's very similar preliminary art at ha.com credited to him, for comparison see here at Flickr, or see Ace Image Library.
The Sky Is Falling, Born Under Mars and The Best from Fantasy and Science Fiction: 19th Series (all Ace 1973) have the same not quite readable signature, something like 'PDRICK'. Based on style, Envoy to New Worlds, Perry Rhodan #43, PR #44 and PR #48 are painted by the same artist.
The Weird Ones, Belmont 1962 - John Schoenherr - according to Ian Schoenherr here
Time Untamed, BT 1972 - (George?) Alvara - acc to ha.com

On the other hand:
Through a Glass Clearly (Four Square 1967) does not look like Josh Kirby and is not on Kirby checklist.
20 Million Miles to Earth is not the exactly same cover as on the Italian translation and is of course not by Luigi Garonzi (probably by Ed Valigursky).
The Pawns of Null-A (Ace 1956)'s style points to Ed Emshwiller, not Ed Valigursky. A vague signature EMSH appears to be visible at high magnification.
The Dragon Masters (Ace 1973) does not look like Josh Kirby and is not on Kirby checklist. The stippling suggests that the artist may be the same Lloyd who provided the flipside.
Cryptozoic (Avon 1977) - Obviously painted in the style of Dean Ellis, so the credit to Don Ivan Punchatz should be removed.

A note about munchkinpress.com (The Illustration Exchange): The links are only semi-permanent. If the link does not point to the correct artwork anymore, use the site's search facility, or use Google.
