If the book you are entering is a novel, this doesn't matter; but if you are entering an anthology, or a collection, or anything with contents, this will only partly create the publication -- you must still create the contents records.  You can do this by [[Help:Screen:EditPub|editing the new publication]], once you've created it, and adding each required content record.
