First King of Shannara cover
To add a cover image to a`publication display, as you evidently wanted to do for First King of Shannara, you must get the actual full URL (
in this case) and insert that in the "Image URL" field.
Also, ther is a "Side" parameter available for the CD1 template on the image page. Normally this defaults to "Side=Front", and so is omitted, but "Side=Back" is allowed.
