Your recent submissions for variant titles

Thank you very much for contributing, but I had to put your submissions on hold (and am, alas, inclined to reject them). The reason is that we are a publication based data resource, so that we usually don't allow titles without a publication: they will get deleted in the next clean-up run, when there's no associated publication. Please add only known publications with all the data you have: publisher, catalog ID / ISBN, pub. format, pub. series, price etc. Also, additional information on the edition, the printing etc. would be highly welcome in the notes for the publication. It's best to start with publications you have at hand.

In a second step the new title(s) will be varianted to their originals. Thanks in advance, Stonecreek 19:15, 24 January 2017 (UTC)

Sorry for this. But, I w as sure that I am not doing right. But can you explain me how to enter translated book?
What do I have to do first?
In text "if your book is a translation of a book that is already in the ISFDB, see Help:How to enter foreign language editions" when you go to "How to enter foreign language editions" I've followed instruction. On that page there is nothing about first entering publication and then linking publication to the book.
Can you help me?
First, please be sure to enter four of the '~' signs at the end of your posts: that way your comments / notes will be automatically signed.
The beginning for a new editor is described here. As it's easiest to begin with a novel (and your submissions seem to be for that kind of titles / publications), just find the link on the left navigation bar that says "New Novel" and click on it. Then follow the instructions in the link I provided. The phrase that translations are displayed as variants can be seen here, as an example. It'd be in theory possible to enter the variant first, but because of the clean-ups it might very well be that the title will already be deleted by some editor when you take a next look.
