Heroic Fantasy Quarterly

Under the currents Rules of Acquisition, online publications are not eligible for inclusion in the database unless they fall within certain strict requirements. The publication must be downloadable as an ebook in any number of various formats, with certain exceptions (SFWA qualified web publications). Heroic Fantasy Quarterly, like most web-only magazines, does not appear to qualify. (See #15 in the Rules of Acquisition.) If you feel this is in error, please respond here on your talk page.
