Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.

Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

Cover image files

You should not upload a file of a cover image until the submission to add the publication has been accepted into the database. There is a link in the publication record which is used to upload cover images, and that function automatically adds important, and required, information to the image file. Thanks for cooperating. I will copy the image you uploaded and re-upload it using the proper method, and then link it to the publication record. Thanks for contributing. Mhhutchins 23:34, 8 March 2014 (UTC)

The Music of Distant Sphere

I've accepted the submission adding this record to the database, but made a couple of changes. The publication date field was changed to give the date of publication (not just the year), based on the Amazon listing. I also changed the ISBN-10 to the ISBN-13. If a book gives an ISBN-13, that's the one you provide in the entry form. Thanks. Mhhutchins 23:39, 8 March 2014 (UTC)
