Miles Errant
You seem to have submitted some kind of update for [this] publication, but there was an error and the submission is garbled. Don't know if this was due to our software or not. However, it can't be accepted the way it is, and there's not enough there for me to figure out what the update was. My apologies for that. - I looked into the error and the problems appears to be that "DPD fics&pics" has an ampersand in his or her user name. We never expected user names to contain ampersands (duh!), so all submissions will be garbled. It's possible to fix the software, but it won't happen overnight, so could you please change the user name to something without an ampersand? in the meantime, I will re-enter your submission manually.
