Hub

I'm holding the submission to add a record of an issue of this magazine to the database. We need a bit more information:

  • Title field is missing the date of the issue
  • Fields which are missing data: publisher, page count, binding and price.

Is this a printed publication, web-only ezine, or a downloadable file?

We have designations for both print and electronic formats in this list. Most PDF formatted ebooks have page numbers, while some ebook formats (like the Kindle) are user-generated, because they're one long file. In that case, use "0" in the page count field. Thanks. Web-only publications

With very few exceptions, non-downloadable web publications are not eligible for inclusion in the database, under the current rules. It appears that Kasma is a web-only publication which doesn't release its content in a downloadable ebook format (PDF, MOBI, EPUB) etc. Mhhutchins 16:12, 21 May 2013 (UTC)

Tales of Eve

I accepted the submission to add this publication into the database, but made some changes based on ISFDB standards. The date was changed to 2013-07-03, the introduction was added, and the capitalization of your story was changed to match its title page. These changes are based on Amazon's listing. I've made the same changes in Explorers, based on the Amazon listing. Also, at 21 cms tall, this should be entered as "tp" (trade paperback). I also had to make some changes in capitalization in the titles. The capitalization rules are listed on this help page, along with a field-by-field guide to publication entry.
