Blanche McManus Mansfield (1869 or 1870 – 1935), American illustrator, married to writer Milburg Francisco Mansfield, aka Francis Miltoun, who published books as M. F. Mansfield.

Around 1900, M. F. Mansfield and his sometime partner A. Wessels (A. Wessels Company) both published books illustrated by Blanche McManus.

McManus was commonly credited as Blanche McManus. And at least sometimes credited as B. McM. Mansfield, sometimes under the full name Blanche McManus Mansfield. Romantic Ireland (Boston: L. C. Page & Company, 1905) shows both on its title page. Its frontispiece drawing appears to be signed "B McM. M." and the Library of Congress reports signatures "B. McManus" (with space) and "B.Mc.M." (no spaces).

The front cover illustration for Through the Earth (The Century Company, 1898) appears to be signed "B·McM·". McManus illustrated some books published by Century, per Wikipedia. The date fits. On these three grounds the cover art is attributed to McManus in the database, Title 2032482.
