Welcome!

Hello, Markleslie, and welcome to the ISFDB Wiki! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.

Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

I hope you enjoy editing here! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will insert your name and the date. If you need help, check out the community portal, or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! BLongley 15:35, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

Author Picture

The Image didn't work, so I copied it to the ISFDB server and used that instead. I hope that's OK. BLongley 15:38, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

That's great - thanks! (Markleslie 00:40, 4 July 2011 (UTC))

Fear of the Dark

I accepted your submission, but changed a few things. Format of "tp" will expand to "trade paperback" automatically. I added a currency symbol to the price. I removed (Editor) from Jason Rolfe's name. I added the name of the publication to the introduction to distinguish it from any other introductions Paul Kane has written, and made it an ESSAY rather than SHORTFICTION. I copied the cover image to our server as we don't have permission to deep-link to Horrorbound's images. Here is how it looks now. BLongley 15:51, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

Campus Chills

I also fixed up this a similar way. There appeared to be a few stories missing so I added those - if you can supply page numbers that would be a great help. BLongley 16:13, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

THANK YOU for finishing adding the stories - I guess I thought I could add them again later after my initial save of it - my apologies for not finishing it in one "action" - I've added the proper page count for those! Thank you! (Markleslie 00:42, 4 July 2011 (UTC))
No problem - you could of course have done it in a second submission, and many editors do do big updates in multiple passes if they find their ISP our or Server a bit flaky. I usually find it easier to guide new editors and help them out a bit rather than listing all the newbie mistakes we all made. Thanks for editing! BLongley 00:51, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
