Welcome!

Hello, Khuebner, and welcome to the ISFDB Wiki! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.

Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

I hope you enjoy editing here! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will insert your name and the date. If you need help, check out the community portal, or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!.--Dirk P Broer 08:45, 17 April 2019 (EDT)

Thursday's Child 5

For your Thursday's Child 5 submission, you are entering only three of the stories. I'm assuming this is a mixed genre anthology and these are the only spec fic stories. Is that correct? Thanks. -- JLaTondre (talk) 20:53, 19 April 2019 (EDT)

Yes that's correct. (Khuebner 21:05, 19 April 2019 (EDT))
I approved & added a note with that information for clarity. Thanks. -- JLaTondre (talk) 21:13, 19 April 2019 (EDT)

Magazine Formats

You have entered & primary verified a number of new magazines for which you did not enter a format:

Please update these records with the proper format. Thanks. -- JLaTondre (talk) 09:48, 20 April 2019 (EDT)

Reviews for Missing Titles

Hi, the magazine Colorado State Review, New Series vol. 11, no. 2, Spring-Summer 1984 has several reviews for which the reviewed title is not available in ISFDB. I am not sure if you a planning to capture them soon but as the gap is showing up in an error report I suggest that you treat the reviews as an essay and naming them Review of "<title>" by <author>. Here's an example. Thanks. JLochhas 11:14, 3 May 2019 (EDT)

Fantasy & Terror #5, 1985

I changed the format of this magazine into octavo, since it is the same as of magazine issues before and after. I guess it's the same at the other magazines You submitted. --Zapp 08:06, 29 August 2019 (EDT)

J. Eidus

https://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/title.cgi?2545089; The Index mentioned in your note for this issue says Janice Eidus which is how she's credited for all her other work on ISFDB; is Janus a mistake or is that how she is credited inside the magazine itself? --Username (talk) 10:48, 28 November 2023 (EST)
