Creates a link to an amazon catalog record. Takes as a reequired parameter an Amazon ASIN (which is often the ISBN, where one exists). Use of the optional parameter name= allows speifing the display text of the link.
Thus, for example
{{Amazon.com|0441788386}} gives the link
Amazon.com 0441788386
and {{Amazon.com|0441788386|name=Stranger}} gives the link
Amazon.com Stranger
