Criminal conviction
On July 7, 2010 K. P. Bath was convicted for possession of child pornography and sentenced to six years in prison. His arrest lead to cancellation of the planned September 2009 publication of Flip Side by Little Brown and Company. He is incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Lompoc, California with a planned release date of November 5, 2015.
