Locus1 claims that this is a pseudonym for Lawrence Lariar (1908-1981). Having a death date in 1981 makes it really hard to publish 4 novels more than 20 years later (Locus1 does not claim any of them as reprints.) Locus1 is wrong here.

Date of birth 1943-10-25, from unknown source, is replaced with 1943-09-14 from Library of Congress (newly linked in the Webpages field), which cites 2007 email from the author.

The online gallery of graphic artist "McLaw" (newly linked in the Webpages field) is the only current website found last hour. ISFDB and Wikipedia have listed three Lawrence websites (two each) that are now defunct. Moments ago I submitted Author Update that links three Archive.org pages/subsites in the Webpages field, with this "Note" below the {BREAK}:
