Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.

Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

How to add credits

Hi, and welcome. I saw you made a submission asking how to add missing credits for your artwork in other issues of Vastarien. Credits appear by making appropriate records for the works and assigning the "author" (person who produced it -- could be another role, such as artist, editor). For a contribution to a magazine, we need a record for the magazine issue, and then inside that we create a record for the individual works contained in the magazine. So what you need to do to get the credit recorded depends on what is missing.

It looks like we have records for V2n1 and what's probably V2n3 -- you can check this issue grid -- but not for V4n2. For those first two, choose Edit This Publication and add the appropriate record(s) in the Contents section as regular titles. There are help links in the editing screen, plus resources are linked above. Submissions are moderated, so you can't do any harm by trying, and a moderator will help you out. For the missing V4 #2, you would need to first Add New Magazine, following the pattern used for the other issues, and add appropriate Content records there. If you want to try that and need some help, the best place to get the most eyes is posting on the Help Desk. But I am also happy to answer any questions you have. You can "reply" here by editing this section and indenting your comments an additional level by adding leading colons.
