- Thanks for the answer. I don't know now whether it is good form to delete my question from the original wiki page. Also, I've added a note on the orginal publication info, and will try adding the whole magazine later - probably not until late April, though.

- Thank you for the response and that's great if you'll get a chance to enter the entire magazine at some point. Questions/replies are normally left on the community portal pages for about a month and then moved to archive pages. I used to archive questions/comments left on my own talk page but these days I just delete them unless there's still an open issue in which case I leave them on the page place as a reminder. Thanks - it was just the typo that the surname is "McD" not "Mcd".
