Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.

Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

Prix Utopia

We should be OK with such a short-lived award, it's the long-term ones with many categories that are giving me a headache. For instance, I've been trying to update the "Prix Aurora Awards" today and have discovered my skills in French sadly lacking. And they seem to have split this year, and the French awards for 2011 will be administered separately? Any expertise you have on these matters would be appreciated. BLongley 18:29, 5 June 2011 (UTC)

I didn't know of this, but I just had a quick look, and it's definitely worth a bad headache! From what I gathered:

• The French Aurora awards were indeed split from the English ones. At the same time, the French Aurora awards were merged with the Boréal Awards, and the merge offsprings are now known as the Prix Aurora/Boréal
• For the English awards, we got the nominees at [1], and the winners will be announced at SFContario, November 18-20, 2011
• For the French awards (the Prix Aurora/Boreal), the winners were recently announced during the Congrès Boréal (Boréal Convention), Mai 13-15. The winners are available at [2] (French-speaking page).
