-I am afraid I had to revert the changes that you made to the Data Consistence page yesterday morning. I appreciate the thought, but the section that you modified is about finding duplicate "publication tags", which were deprecated a couple of years ago, whereas your edit had to do with "title tags". Title tags are user-specific and are not standardized, so there will always be inconsistencies, I am afraid.
