Can't remember because it has been too long ago, but I guess I must have started reading SF & F when I was about 12-13 years old. I devoured all Science Fiction and Fantasy books I could get my hands on - which, truth be told, were almost all late 1970's and 80's Meulenhoff SF as that's what our local library had on the shelves at the time.
Sadly, I quickly ran out of new books to read as our library didn't expand nor renewed their SF & F collection. So, out of necessity I started buying my own copies, for the most part Meulenhoff publications. For the next couple of years I more or less kept up with their publication schedule, until Real Life™ interfered: got to go to university, got to know my wife, got to get kids... Kept picking up the occasional title now and then, but generally speaking it went all downhill from there (I guess recognizable by a lot of you folks, no?)
Until a trip to London, that is. I think 2008 it must have been when I went and bought Revelation Space at Foyles. Got re-hooked, amazon.co.uk became my best friend (up to the point where I'm currently having a backlog of about a 100 books waiting for me to read), and never looked back!
I've since been amazed by the quality (and quantity) of contemporary SF & F that's available out there. Next to the aforementioned Revelation Space, I discovered The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August and Dark Eden, to name just two that particularly resonated with me.
And while browsing the internet in my quest to learning more about what else is out there, I also stumbled upon the ISFDB and yup, you've guessed it, couldn't resist contributing.

Oh, and I live in Belgium.

28sep2018 Nieuwe kinderboekenuitgeverij 2018, kinderboeken, young adult
From:https://kinder.boekenbaas.nl/uitgeverij/volt/

PoD

PoD Notes Fragments

Usage: select applicable statements and copy into notes

Regular Pub

☐ This pub record is for the regular, non-PoD (print on demand) version.

☐ There are also copies which contain POD information.

Note: From the available information it can be inferred that Tor.com published this edition both as regular publication (in the USA) and as POD (elsewhere).

PoD Pub

☐ This pub record is for the PoD (print on demand) version.

☐ There are also copies which don't contain any POD information.

Note that since this is PoD, date and price are for when this pub first appeared.

Note: 1st PV's copy is PoD, evidenced by barcode with code 18850548R00092, and Printed in Poland by Amazon fulfillment on last page, which is in contradiction with statement "Printed in the USA" on back cover. This means that the same master seems to be used for print on demand outside the USA, and that Printed in the USA is not necessarily correct for all copies.

☐ PoD info (CPSIA) in bottom left corner of last page of 1st PV's copy: Printed in the USA LVHW032055090919 [code may indicate this PoD printed 2019-09-09] 630454LV00001B/237

Notes

Note on title disambiguation

For the Stephen King example above, it's a different disambiguation case. As both afterwords are identical, the titles should be merged. The disambiguation is in the context of the publication in which they appear. So, at least for this case, the disambiguator is an attribute of the title-pub relationship, not really of the title. Compare that to the more common (?) case that we've been discussing where two afterword titles are identical but represent different contents - for example because they are part of the contents of different works - then the disambiguator would be an attribute of the title proper, and as a consequence the title should not be merged. I've been thinking about this and couldn't find a way of implementing both cases that would be workable. But then it occurred to me that we are talking about disambiguation of content titles, aren't we? And content titles are embedded in a container title, which is normally the title of the pub... What if we would use the canonical title, to which the other titles are VT'd? Hmmmm, that could go in the rules and might work... but what if the afterword chages between editions? Hold on, i'm typing this on my iPad, which is a royal pain... I have to check a couple of things, and will be back to tidy up this text MagicUnk 02:54, 1 September 2018 (EDT)
