Documentation for Template:PD-self (Transcluded from Template:PD-self/doc)
This template is used when the author of an image (or other work) releases it into the public domain by posting it on the ISFDB wiki. It takes one parameter, Author, which should be the name or identifying handle or pseudonym of the author/creator of the image. This template implies that the author has personally uploaded the image to the wiki and applied the license tag.
Note that once an image has been released using this tag, the release cannot be undone.
