Purpose
This template is to be used at the top of help pages about the ISFDB itself (not help on wiki editing, and not discussion pages such as the Help Desk or the Community Portal)
Usage
Insert {{HelpHeader}} at the top of a help page. No parameters are needed.
This tempalte will put the help page into Category:ISFDB Help.
