Originally a British publishing company well-known for its Corgi paperbacks, since 1999 it has been a company of the Random House Group Ltd. It currently prints hardbacks under the Doubleday and Bantam Press imprints and paperbacks under the Black Swan, Bantam and Corgi imprints. It is also responsible for David Fickling Books.
