Further Notes: Tuck's encyclopedia gives a 1968|SFBC edition of Clifford D. Simak's Why Call Them Back From Heaven in Volume 2 of his author listings, but not in the SFBC listing in Volume 3. Perhaps the Doubleday trade edition was offered to club members at a discount, as the book club does occasionally. Research has not uncovered a book club edition of this title.

Further Notes: In a letter published in Locus #18 (January 23, 1969), current SFBC editor Elaine Landis announces a new policy of two selections per month beginning in July, 1969.
