Hodder & Stoughton since 1868 (Hodder and Stoughton Ltd from 1919), but not publishers of fiction till the 1920s. In 1993 it was taken over by Headline Book Publishing to become Hodder Headline Plc.
Main ISBN Prefix 0340, but that's used for the paperback imprints like Coronet too.
