This publisher doesn't really exist. It seems to have been created to differentiate UK publications, but it's still "Bantam Books" of Toronto, New York, London, Sydney, Auckland. The same logo is used on the spine.

From 1986 at least, some UK Bantam Books are noted as published by Transworld Publishers Ltd, 61-63 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London, W5 5SA. But this doesn't stop some reprints/reissues of earlier UK Bantam Books continuing to be listed as "Published by Bantam Books, Inc."
