The story "Lessons Learned" is listed as by "Kati Doughery-Carthum" on the TOC and copyrights pages, but as by "Kati Dougherty-Carthum" on the story page. "Dougherty-Carthum" appears to be the correct name, as she previously wrote as "Kati Dougherty" (e.g. her story in Sword and Sorceress X, 67361, referred to in the introduction to her story in XVIII).
