Scott Harper has been an avid fan of the fantasy and superhero genres since his elementary school days. He developed a particular passion for all things vampire, and to this end has been collecting vampire books, comics, models, games and artwork since the early 1980's. Occasionally he gets a bug to write a short story. On very rare occasions an editor will see fit to publish one of these stories. In the meantime he has a day job and lives with his wife, son and dog in California.
