Hillary Lyon has an MA in English Lit from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She currently resides in southern Arizona, where she works for Subsynchronous Press editing two poetry journals (The Laughing Dog, and Veil: Journal of Darker Musings), and hosts a monthly poetry-reading venue, Poetry @ The River. A bit of trivia: she appeared, briefly, as the uncredited "all-American Mom with baby" in Timothy Gassen's 2007 Arizona indie-film, "Vote for Zombie."
