Eugie Foster was an Asian American short story writer, columnist, and editor. She lived in Atlanta, Georgia.

Foster wrote "Writing for Young Readers," a monthly column for children's literature and young adult literature writers. She was a contributor to and the managing editor of Tangent Online for four years and was the managing editor of The Fix, a short fiction review magazine published by TTA Press. She was also a director for Dragon Con and edited their onsite newsletter, the Daily Dragon.
