Leigh remarkably illustrated the essay H. G. Wells, "The Things That Live on Mars" T1746490, one of two "Is Mars Inhabited?" cover stories in The Cosmopolitan, March 1908 (pp[336]-41 and p345-51). As non-fiction published in a non-genre magazine they are not in the database (except that Wells essay in one recent 2013 ebook as of 2017-02-20).
