Available on pages 168-9, <a href="http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/pl.cgi?GRSBCKYR1999">Bleiler (Gernsback)</a>. Bleiler states it is Lucile Taylor Hansen.

See also page 116 of Partners in Wonder which expands on Bleiler's research. There are no Louise Hansen entries in the Social Security Death Index with the same years of birth and death. The same index has two Lucile Hansen entries one of whom has a social security card issued in Iowa with a last residence in Iowa. The other was issued a social security card in California and has a last residence in Arizona.
