Born Juliet Marion Hulme, Locus1 claims that "Anne Perry" is a pseudonym for Juliet Marion Hulme. The Wikipedia page for Anne Perry says that after the notoriety of her youth, she "took the name Anne Perry," but it doesn't appear to claim that she legally changed her name, so we accept the "Legal Name" claim of Locus1.
