Full name Arthur Burdett Frost (no known credits)

Sometimes credited as Arthur Burdette Frost, dating from a mistake by Houghton Mifflin in 1955, The Complete Tales of Uncle Remus T1963419. Uncle Remus writer Joel Chandler Harris had mis-spelled the illustrator's name in his "Preface and Dedication" to the new, Frost-illustrated edition of the first Uncle Remus book; namely Uncle Remus: His Songs and His Sayings (D. Appleton, 1895).
