Rebellion by Cotterill
I've accepted the submission adding this publication to the database, but had to make a few changes in order for it to conform to ISFDB standards. You didn't include a publisher, but research showed it was CreateSpace. Other info from Amazon included the publication date and the cover image. I also changed the binding from "paperback" to "tp", which is the ISFDB standard for trade-sized paperbacks (mass-market paperbacks are entered as "pb").
