Currently we are having trouble with our Wiki Pages. Substitute "org" for "tamu.edu" and your page should appear. Mhhutchins 18:37, 29 Oct 2007 (CDT)
John Crowley's Little, Big
Thanks for the submissions for these forthcoming editions of Crowley's novel (BTW, one of my favorite novels of all time). I've accepted them, but had to make a few changes according to ISFDB standards. For hardcovers, use "hc" in the binding field, mass market paperbacks: "pb", and trade paperbacks: "tp". Dates are entered as YEAR-MO-DA, so the pub date for this edition would be "2008-02-01". Also, wait until your submission has been accepted (or rejected) if you have to make a change. Entering it twice only creates an entirely new record. Thanks. Mhhutchins 18:51, 29 Oct 2007 (CDT)
Binding designations and ISBNs
I'm accepting your edits but changing the bindings according to my last note. Also, when entering an ISBN with X as the last "number", please capitalize it, otherwise the system doesn't recognize it as an ISBN and automatically designates it as a catalog number. Thanks. Wrong dates
Please keep in mind how dates of publication should be shown in submissions: February 1, 2006 should be entered as 2006-02-01. Any other entry would be rejected and the system gives it an "undated" designation. Mhhutchins 20:55, 29 Oct 2007 (CDT)
- I also see that you're dating everything as January of the year of publication. If the publication doesn't have a month of publication on the copyright page, enter the date of publication as the year only, e.g. 2006-00-00. Thanks. Mhhutchins 21:03, 29 Oct 2007 (CDT)
