Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.
Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

Linking images to outside websites
I had to reject the submission to link this record to an image on an unapproved website (pulpcovers.com). We must have explicit permission from the owners of a website in order to deep link to their images because bandwidth from their server is used to display the image on our website. Here is a list of those websites which have given us permission. If you are the owner of pulpcovers.com and can give us permission to link to your images, then we can accept submissions that link the ISFDB record to your files. (Consider the bandwidth situation before making that decision.) Thanks.

Hello,
I am keeping your submission temporary on hold - I think that someone missed the permission to link to images from your site a few years ago when you gave it. So let me chase down the correct process so we can add the official support and then I can accept the submission. Alternatively, I can record the string here and accept the submission (and replace the cover temporary) and when we have the permissions sorted out, to replace it again. A third option will be to download the cover from your site and upload it here (and replace again if you prefer when we get the permissions sorted out). Let me know what you prefer. - Done and approved. The following changes needed to be done:
- I moved your note from the title to the publication (the v7 #3 part. The title is shared between all the issues in a year so anything for a specific magazine needs to be inside of the publication.
- Cleaned up your note from the title (saying that you own the site have no real work there:))
- Complete novels inside of magazines need to be added as SERIAL and varianted into their novels. I had fixed that and varianted.
- When an author writes under a pseudonym, you add it with the pseudonym as an author and then variant into the actual writer.
