Andre Norton's Night of Masks - Ace #57752
I see that you would like to change the date of publication of this printing of Andre Norton's Night of Masks (Ace #57752) from 0000-00-00 to 1964-00-00. It's very unlikely that this version of the book appeared in 1964 since Ace didn't adopt the "all-numbers" ID scheme until ca. 1970. It's much more likely that this printing says something like "Copyright 1964", which is just the copyright date of the first edition and doesn't reflect the year when this printing appeared. Checking the MELVYL catalog (which has an excellent Norton collection), I see that they say "Third Ace edition -- September 1973" about this book. I have updated our record with MELVYL's data, but could you please check your copy and see if September 1973 is mentioned anywhere on (or near) the copyright page? Thanks!
