This user has not participated in a long time. I have add the inactive user tag above. Since you have also primary verified the book, go ahead and make the change. I recommend adding "Cover artist credit per copyright page" (or something similar) to the publication notes. Please note that the requirement is to notify a primary verifier about your change; not necessarily to get their approval. If you are adding information from the publication and you're sure you have the same publication, you can make the change and just leave a note on the other primary verifier's talk page that you made the change.
