Deutscher Science-Fiction-Preis

Hello, Jannis! What I wrote on my talk page has been extended to some more years: there seems only sparse information available (for me) on the early years: in most cases there were only the winners or only the first three places listed. Shall we proceed regardless of that (for example add the first three places for 1989, and have perhaps at the same time only the winners for many other early years), or should we limit ourselves to the winners for the years before 2003? I already entered all the winners 1985-2021, they are still in the line to be approved. Okay fine, I will neter the known data from the DSFP website about the published poll results for the modern years. :) Jannis 05:25, 17 January 2022 (EST)
More research brought to light that nominees were listed for quite a few years previous to 2003 in volumes of "Das Science Fiction Jahr". We could enter those counting the years downward toward the year we don't have the nominees listed anymore. Christian Stonecreek 12:59, 17 January 2022 (EST)

Your submissions

Hi. I've accepted our submissions [1], [2], but their data quality wasn't very good. I had to make the following changes:

  • Webpage references to the publication goes into the publication record part, not the title part
  • Synopsis must be in English - I've deleted the German one. Submit an update if you want to add the English synopsis. Read through the relevant rules text on how to do that properly
  • Currency added/format corrected
  • Replaced image url with one we have permission to link to
  • DNB: only the numerical part should go into the External ID field
  • Added page numbers
  • Date updated per copyright page and adding notes to clarify

External images

When adding cover images, they need to either be uploaded directly to ISFDB (see here for details on how to do that) or a link to a site that has given permission for us to do so (see here).
