Welcome!

Hello, Frankhollander, and welcome to the ISFDB Wiki! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.

Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

I hope you enjoy editing here! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will insert your name and the date. If you need help, check out the community portal, or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Mhhutchins 22:59, 4 April 2012 (UTC)

Uncredited cover art

We don't use "uncredited" in the cover artist field for books that have uncredited cover art. The ISFDB standard is to leave the field blank. You have the option of recording that the cover art is not credited in the record's note field. Mhhutchins 23:01, 4 April 2012 (UTC)

Planet Stories, January 1954

I have approved the addition of a note about "Solar Stiff" to this publication, but, since this issue has been verified by another editor, I have left a note on that editor's Talk page, User talk:Swfritter. Sfwritter is only sporadically active at the moment, but hopefully he will double check his copy when he gets a chance. It's possible (although rather unlikely) that there are two versions of this ToC -- we have seen stranger thing happen :-) Thanks for contributing! Ahasuerus 04:42, 6 April 2012 (UTC)

Dick's "The War with the Fnools"

I'm holding your submission to add an earlier date to this record. What is the source for your information? Daniel Levack's bibliography doesn't give a date earlier than February 1969. Thanks. Mhhutchins 17:02, 16 April 2012 (UTC)

The Galactic Outpost publication of "Fnools" is listed in the revised version of Levack's bibliography, see http://books.google.com/books/about/PKD.html?id=lIBaAAAAMAAJ. That addition was one of only a few changes from the more well known Underwood/Miller original. Frankhollander 17:44, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
Thank. Submission accepted. Mhhutchins 18:47, 16 April 2012 (UTC)

Lies, Inc.

Hello, I added the afterword and some notes to your verified pub. Stonecreek 14:22, 6 June 2012 (UTC)
