Legal name field

This field should be entered using the format: Lastname, Firstname Middlename. So "Catie E. Murphy" should be entered as "Murphy, Catie E." I've been correcting the authors which you've been updating. Thanks for contributing. Mhhutchins 20:28, 11 March 2015 (UTC)

Jeanne Cook / Jeanne Gerrard

I see that Wikipedia and other sources claim that Gini Koch was born Jeanne Marie Gerrard. However, our "Legal Name" field is used to record the last known legal name, and it looks like her current name is "Jeanne Cook" -- see this page for details. Would you happen to know otherwise? Sorry, I actually did base my edit on Wikipedia's article, and didn't see any reference to the Cook last name (no mention of husband or whatever), so I assumed it was simply an overlook. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Folken (talk • contribs) .
