Bio:Ralston
You have entered a number of publications, basically a bibliography, on this page. Such entries would be better entered in the database proper, through one of the links on the left of an IFDSB page when you are logged in. There are links for such features as "New novel", "New collection", "New anthology", "Edit this publication" "Edit title data", "Edit author data" available, depending on whether an author, title, or publication page is being displayed. all are in the "editing tools" section of the sidebar. See the ISFDB FAQ and Help:How to pages in particular.
Also note regarding author bios, the FAQ says:
"The ISFDB database layout is great for well-structured data like titles, series names, and ISBNs. It doesn't work so well for free-form text like an author biography. The ISFDB author biographies were always an area of great churn, and mediating submitter differences could be difficult. We're now relying on Wikipedia as the location for author biographies, and we formally support linking an author's bibliography to their Wikipedia biography."
Ghosts of Bombay
Welcome aboard. I am not quite sure exactly what your intent is with these two entries. Ghosts of Bombay appears to be a story that appeared in the online magazine Dark Planet and you seem to be attempting to add the story as though it were a magazine? Perhaps you can give me an idea of what you are trying to do.--swfritter 20:50, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
Ralston update
The author record you are trying to update has only two credits to their account and they are cartoons from the 50's. The birth date you are attempting to add is 1966. I might also note that legal names should be entered beginning with the last name followed by a comma and then the rest of the name. 'Ralston, Corie Yvonne' in this case.
