ISFDB formats (WIP)

• pb - Mass-market paperback/A format - 178 x 111 mm - Not much seen for adult paperbacks in the UK nowadays
• tp - Trade paperback/B format - 192 x 129 mm (UK) / 203 x 127 mm (US) - Most UK paperbacks are this format nowadays
• tp - Export trade paperback/C format/Royal/Demi - ... - Larger format (similar to most hardbacks)
• hc - Hardback/hardcover - relatively unambiguous
