Appears to be a Library Book Rebinder/Republisher, also associated with "Bt Bound", "(Rebound by) Sagebrush", "Topeka Bindery" and "Econo-Clad". Not necessarily a bad sign for SF-ness, but they do seem to do a lot of children's books and foreign language editions.
