Note - This was scanned from a public library copy. The white mark on the lower left edge is part of a sticker affixed to the spine. The vertical band on the left 20% is from clear plastic tape applied to protect the spine. Please feel free to replace this with a better scan if you have one. Amazon has this image that's smaller and watermarked with "copyright image" at the top and bottom. While the publisher has a 648 pixel high "high res" image available from http://us.macmillan.com/book.aspx?isbn=9780765324320 it appears that was created by enlarging their 459 pixel high TIF file meaning the "high res" image is blurry. --Marc Kupper|talk 17:30, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
