Bio:Scott Dalrymple

Scott Dalrymple is Dean of Liberal Arts at Excelsior College, a not-for-profit online college based in Albany, New York. Formerly known as Regents College when it was an arm of the New York State Board of Regents, Excelsior has 30,000 students and operates the largest Nursing school in the US. Dalrymple is responsible for the College's Humanities, Natural Science, and Social Science programs.

Before joining Excelsior in 2010, Dalrymple was a tenured Associate Professor at Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York, where he chaired the Business Administration & Accounting Dept. He holds a BA in English from the State University of New York at Geneseo, MA and Ph.D. degrees in English from the University at Buffalo, and an MBA from the University at Buffalo.

In addition to his fiction, he has published a number of nonfiction pieces of interest to very few people.

He lives just north of the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York.

His dream is to win a Nebula, Hugo, World Fantasy Award, and the World Series of Poker Main Event, preferably in the same year.
