According to the obituary in Locus #552 (January 2007), Noach was a UK agent who represented many important SF authors: Brian W. Aldiss, Stephen Baxter, Storm Constantine, Jon Courtenay Grimwood, Mary Gentle, Colin Greenland, James Gunn, David Langford, Juliet E. McKenna, Michael Scott Rohan, and Geoff Ryman.
